REGISTERING ON THE DISTRICT VOLUNTEER SITE!
It's just a background check.
Go To: https://www.bisd.net
Click on "Join Our Team"
Click on Volunteers near the bottom of the drop-down menu.
You will come to this site.
Click on the RED "Here" and that will take you to the registration page.
This is a direct link to the Volunteers Page:
Here you can "REGISTER NOW" if you are new to the site.
OR
Log in if you have been through the volunteer background check before.
Click on the Menu button and check your Contact Details
Subscriptions will have which Locations you have marked on your account.
These are the locations that you would like to get information from.
Preference is the Locations that you want to be notified on.
(You can click however many you want).
Interests are all the activities/functions that you want to stay informed on.
Don't forget to mark the PTA/PTO Functions to stay up to date behind the scenes.
Go to Background to check your volunteer status.
Re-Verify if you need to, it will let you know.
Your volunteer status is good for ONE YEAR.
Must be done EVERY YEAR!
