On this page, we have supplied a letter that tells you a little about what we are accomplishing at Pirtle Elementary School for the students and staff. We are so honored that you have taken out the time to read this and we look forward to working with you in the future.
Sincerely,
Pirtle Elementary Volunteers PTO Officers
Dear Sir or Madam,
I’m writing on behalf of our organization, the Pirtle Elementary Volunteers PTO. We are a local, tax exempt non-profit whose mission is to provide an atmosphere that encourages learning opportunities, cultivates a community of diverse, lifelong learners, and brings every chance possible to help all students, teachers and staff of Joe M. Pirtle Elementary.
However, we need help to achieve our goals for the students and staff here at Pirtle Elementary.
That’s where you come in!
To help with in-kind donations; we would love to partnership with you in which ever field you are able to help. There is food; office supplies; art supplies; T-Shirts; Trophies; Cabinets - Shelves; small trinkets & toys; picnic tables; classroom - teacher supplies & materials; prizes for students to win; and more. If you would like more of a detailed idea or list of what your company can do for us, please don't hesitate to reach out.
Monitory donations will go towards all mentioned goals, activities, and the start for some new programs to encourage reading, math, etc. There’s also a need for more playground equipment. Especially for our special education students.
Would you partner with us this year to make these dreams a reality?

Checks may be made payable to “Pirtle Elementary Volunteers PTO” or “PEV PTO”, 714 S Pea Ridge, Temple, TX 76502.
Afterwards, please email us at PirtleFallFestival@gmail.com with your name or corporation, and logo so we can proudly display your philanthropy. Yes, we know it says, "Fall Festival". This is a good 'one location' for all the amazing business logos.
If you have any questions or would like more information about how you can help support our work, our email is pirtleelementaryvolunteers@gmail.com .
If you are only providing physical (in-kind) donations, please write to pirtlelelementaryvolunteers@gmail.com with your name/corporation, your logo, and what you are providing with the estimated price so we can make sure to add you to the correct sponsor level. From there we will be able to set up times, places, dates, and/or locations to gather your donations.
We greatly appreciate your contribution, as it will help provide a better atmosphere,
adequate supplies/equipment, and the possibilities to celebrate, enhance,
and grow the minds and lives of these precious elementary children.
Thank you for your time and consideration.
Sincerely,
Angelique Cloutier – Pirtle Elementary Volunteers PTO President
